Dataset Overview

Provides daily average estimates of a wide range of physical properties of the water column for Lough Feeagh based on high-frequency lake and weather data for 2004-2020. Average daily values of lake and weather data were first calculated using the openair() package in R v3.6.0 (Carslaw and Ropkins 2012), and then those daily data were input into rLakeAnalyzer() package in R v3.6.0 (Read et al. 2011). The daily average weather data are included. Quantiles of each variable (i.e., the ranked order as a proportion) are provided to facilitate evaluation of extreme observations. The original weather data are copyright Met Éireann (www.met.ie), and are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). Met Éireann does not accept any liability whatsoever for any error or omission in the data, their availability, or for any loss or damage arising from their use. This material has been modified from the original.
