Forest Futures: Building Bridges to Shape Strategies Collaboratively

The annual conference of the Forest Ecosystem Monitoring Cooperative provides an important opportunity for communication, exchange of ideas, and expanding collaboration around forest ecosystem management and monitoring in the region.

The 2024 FEMC Annual Conference will highlight outcomes from diverse partner connections and how these bridges were built. We will bring together partners and stakeholders to exchange knowledge and strategies to address emerging challenges in forest management including climate change impacts, evolving community needs, and shifting resources.

Who Should Attend

All policy makers, researchers, resource managers, students and other stakeholders who work or are interested in northeastern forested ecosystems.

Time and Date

The conference will be held Thursday, December 12, 2024, 8:30am-5:30pm.

Location

The conference is being planned as an in-person event with a hybrid option for participating remotely. The in-person event will be held at the University of Vermont Davis Center in Burlington, Vermont.

Registration

Click here to register. Registration will close on December 2 for in-person registration. Please note this is an earlier deadline than previous years so that we can accurately determine catering numbers. We will keep registration open for online attendance through December 6th.

Registration fee

$70 for both in-person and virtual options.

Continuing Education Credits
