- Title: Diode Laser Based Flux Sensor
- Start Date: 2001-07-01
- End Date: 2002-12-31
- Description: Final report on diode laser based flux sensor field demonstration
- Purpose: 1. Evaluate the performance of a newly developed sensor prototype capable of measuring carbon dioxide and water exchange between the surface and the atmosphere. 2. Evaluate the Net Ecosystem Productivity of the hardwood stand within the VMC forest canopy tower. 3. Compare sensor suite with in situ nondispersive infrared CO2 and H2O sensor.
