- Filtration and storage
- dataset_eml_methoddescription: Samples were collected in amber bottles and refrigerated at 4 degrees C for no more than two weeks before filtration. Samples were filtered through 0.45 uM PES syringe filters into 1.5 ml IC vials and frozen at -20 celcius until analysis via ion chromatography.
